The iron works great, however it was the second one. The first unit leaked all the water out of the tank after filling. I contacted Amazon via e-mail and within 6 hours a replacement iron was shipped!!!

I really love this iron! It shoots out a lot of steam and the temperatures adjust very quickly. It saves me so much time on my ironing, and I really don't need to pull out my steamer anymore. I have had other, more expensive irons, and this one is much better. I do not hesitate to recommend it.
Black & Decker D2030 Iron December 16, 2008
This iron is wonderful. It steams better than any iron I've owned and glides smoothly over all types of material. It has a large water reservoir as it goes through water quickly (because of the amount of steam) and it is fairly heavy, but the weight is not a problem. The digital screen works great and it warms up to temperature very quickly. I would buy this iron again in a second!

Since I bought this Iron its been great! Lots of steam. Clothes that never seam are begining to seam. I plan to purchase one for my brother for Christmas. Best Iron I have used so far!
Best Iron for the Money! December 15, 2008
I looked long and hard for the perfect iron about a year and a half ago. I iron my dress shirts every day or about 15 items every couple weeks. This iron is still going strong. I'm back here to order another for my sister. My only gripe is it doesn't fit perfectly on the Rowena professional ironing board iron holding spot. Anyone with gripes probably just got a bad one. Has a cleaning mode that works great and it tells you when you need to clean it. Awesome product, nothing under $100 will beat it.
